Sarah graduated from the University of Manchester and trained at the Lee Strasberg Theatre & Film Institute in New York.

Theatre credits include: Veronique/Robot Maid in Laurence Boswell’s Beauty and The Beast (Theatre By The Lake, Keswick); June Child in Twentieth Century Boy (No1 UK Tour); Little Voice in Little Voice (Chipping Norton/Greenwich Theatre); Not Now Bernard & Other Monster Stories (Mercury Theatre/Polka theatre/UK tour); There’s a Guy Works Down the Chip Shop Swears He’s Elvis (Upstairs at The Gatehouse/The Momentum Playhouse); Noises Off (The Old Vic Theatre, No1 UK tour); The Lion in Winter (The Theatre Royal Haymarket); and They Came To A City (The Southwark Playhouse). Pantomimes include Cinderella in Cinderella; Jasmine in Aladdin (Mercury Theatre); and Belle in Beauty and the Beast (Exeter Northcott).

Film and TV credits include: Nice Guy (Red Bike Films); Follow Me (Occasional films); Gabby (release date 2020); Valentine’s Kiss (dir. Sarah Harding).

Sarah is also a singer-songwriter and her EPs These Full Moons, Where the Siren’s Say, and untitled are available on Itunes & Spotify. She is also in two current web series: Green Green Door and Bunty & Clem, which are available online.
